  • Membership Fees: For ongoing services such as the Credit Boost Club, you agree to the recurring payment structure, including a $99 setup fee and $75 monthly fee for a six-month term.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit or debit cards. All fees are billed automatically to the card you provide. Payment is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule.

Late Payments: If your payment is not received by the due date, your account may be suspended until payment is received. You will remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: All service fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as specified in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership or service at any time. For memberships, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next payment to avoid being billed for the following month. For services, cancellations must be made within a reasonable time to avoid incurring charges for scheduled work or services.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third party in Michigan, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
