Refund Policy

At Cashflow Consultants, we strive to provide excellent service and support to help you achieve your financial goals. Our team is committed to delivering value and ensuring your satisfaction with the services we provide. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, we have established the following refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds for services provided by Cashflow Consultants.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided for in the terms below. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the services rendered are valuable and time-sensitive, often requiring a significant amount of work to deliver.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Service Fees: Fees for services such as tax preparation, credit repair, business startup assistance, payroll, and bookkeeping are non-refundable once work has commenced or payments have been processed.
Membership Fees: Membership fees, such as those for the Credit Boost Club, are non-refundable once paid. This includes the $99 setup fee and the recurring $75 monthly fee. If you decide to cancel after the setup fee has been charged, no refunds will be issued for that payment.

3. Credit Boost Club Membership

Setup Fee: The $99 setup fee for the Credit Boost Club is non-refundable. This fee covers the initial consultation, analysis, and planning for your credit repair services.
Monthly Membership Fee: The $75 monthly fee for the Credit Boost Club is non-refundable once charged. However, if you cancel your membership at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment, future payments will be stopped, and you will not be billed for the upcoming month.
Cancellation: If you cancel your membership before the end of the initial six-month term, no refunds will be issued for any prior payments, but your membership will not renew for the following term.

4. Tax Preparation and Filing

If you have hired Cashflow Consultants to prepare and file your taxes, no refunds will be issued once the filing process has begun or the service has been rendered. This includes:

Tax preparation services
Filing of tax documents (including but not limited to 1099 forms)
Assistance with business and personal tax returns

If there is an error in your tax filing that is attributable to Cashflow Consultants, we will correct the mistake at no additional charge. In the event that you are charged incorrectly for services, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Business Startup Services

Setup Fees: Fees paid for business startup services, including filing Articles of Organization, obtaining an EIN, and other related services, are non-refundable once the process has begun. This includes work completed to set up your business email, phone number, address, or credit profile.
Cancellation: If you cancel before the work has started, we may issue a refund, minus any administrative fees for processing. However, if any work has already been completed, refunds will not be issued.

6. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee on the service cost. This applies to all appointments booked through Cashflow Consultants, including consultations, credit repair sessions, and tax preparation meetings.

7. Refund Requests for Unused Services

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the services you’ve received or believe that services have not been delivered as promised, you are encouraged to reach out to us to resolve the matter. Cashflow Consultants is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns or issues. However, once services have been completed or work has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the services.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute any charges with your bank or credit card provider, you agree to first contact Cashflow Consultants to resolve the issue before proceeding with a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication with us, it may result in additional fees and the suspension of your account.

9. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the refund request. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.

10. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Cashflow Consultants reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
