Credit Boost Club Policy
Thank you for choosing the Credit Boost Club at Cashflow Consultants. We are committed to helping you achieve financial success by improving your credit score and supporting your long-term financial goals. By enrolling in the Credit Boost Club, you agree to the following membership policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview
​
The Credit Boost Club is designed to help you repair, rebuild, and optimize your credit score. Our services include personalized credit analysis, dispute management, creditor negotiations, and ongoing support. By joining, you gain access to our expert team who will guide you through the credit repair process and provide the tools needed to build a better financial future.

2. Membership Fees

Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $99 setup fee is due at the time of enrollment.

Monthly Fee: A recurring $75 monthly fee is billed every month for a maximum term of six (6) months. The monthly fee is automatically charged to the credit or debit card you provide at the time of registration.

Total Membership Commitment: The Credit Boost Club membership is a six-month commitment. If you cancel before completing the six-month period, you will not receive a refund for any past payments, but future payments will be halted.

3. Payment Processing
​
Payments will be automatically billed to the credit or debit card you provide during enrollment. If your payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended until payment is processed. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you must notify Cashflow Consultants at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Refunds: The $99 setup fee and monthly fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you choose to cancel before completing the six-month commitment, no refund will be issued for prior payments, but future payments will be halted.

No Show/Non-Engagement: If you do not actively engage with our services for more than 30 days without notice, your membership may be canceled at our discretion. You will remain responsible for any unpaid balances.

5. Services Provided

As a member of the Credit Boost Club, you will receive the following services:

Credit Analysis: Our team will assess your credit report, identify areas of improvement, and provide you with a clear plan to enhance your credit score.

Dispute Management: We will help you dispute inaccuracies or negative marks on your credit report by working directly with the credit bureaus and creditors.

Creditor Negotiations: We will reach out to creditors on your behalf to negotiate better terms, settle debts, and remove negative items affecting your credit.

Ongoing Support: Our team will provide continuous support, monitoring your progress, answering questions, and offering advice on how to build positive credit behavior.

While we will take all necessary steps to improve your credit, we cannot guarantee specific results, as credit repair is influenced by many factors beyond our control.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. All personal data and credit-related information provided by you will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of credit repair services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we collect, store, and protect your data.

7. Member Responsibilities

As a member of the Credit Boost Club, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your credit situation, including all necessary documents, forms, and details about any debts or negative marks on your credit report.

Respond to requests for additional information or updates from our team in a timely manner.

Actively engage in the credit repair process by following our recommendations, attending consultations, and making timely payments.

Understand that the success of credit repair depends on your credit history, cooperation, and adherence to the agreed-upon plan.

Failure to provide necessary information or engage with the services may hinder the effectiveness of the credit repair process.

8. Limitation of Liability
​
While we are committed to providing expert credit repair services, Cashflow Consultants makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of the credit repair process. We do not guarantee a specific increase in your credit score, removal of negative marks, or success in negotiations with creditors. Your credit outcome is influenced by many factors outside of our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashflow Consultants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of credit opportunities, credit score fluctuations, or financial losses.

9. Membership Term
​
Your membership in the Credit Boost Club is a maximum six-month commitment, with payments due monthly. After the initial six-month term, your membership will stop. You would need to start another six-month term to continue your membership. If you already paid a $99 setup fee, you would not need to pay this fee again to reenroll.

10. Governing Law
​
These policies and your membership in the Credit Boost Club are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

11. Amendments to the Policy
​
We reserve the right to modify or update this Credit Boost Club membership policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
